Whether you prefer the indoor ambiance or the al fresco setting overlooking the pool, our fully-licensed a la carte venue caters to your dining preference with a seasonal menu featuring locally sourced ingredients.

The Paperbark Restaurant is open to the public, and in-house guests are advised to book for dinner.

A la carte service from 6pm, with the bar opening at 5pm for drinks and snacks.

Buffet breakfasts for guests from 7am to 8:30 am, while lunch can be pre-ordered or packed for exploration days.

The Paperbark Restaurant is the perfect place for your next event. The restaurant offers private hire for birthdays, weddings, corporate lunches, and more.

The restaurant sprawls out onto our undercover deck that overlooks the pool area and stage with lawn space for events also.

There is a minimum of 40 people to hire out the venue and 130 people maximum.
