A flat, level pathway leads from the car park to a ramped entrance. The ramp includes a landing pad and leads directly to the restaurant’s double doors. Please note the double doors require assistance to open (push/pull), but staff are always on hand to help. Once inside, all flooring is level throughout.
Yes. The entrance hall is generously wide, with ample circulation space for a wheelchair and accompanying person. The flooring throughout is hard-surface timber, which is smooth and easy to navigate.
Yes. The car park has designated disabled parking bays for vehicles displaying an accessible parking permit, located close to the restaurant entrance.
The main dining room is fully air-conditioned with hard timber flooring and one to two metres of circulation space around the room. Tables are set at the right height for wheelchair users to roll directly up to and sit comfortably, including at group tables.
Yes. The bathrooms are located off a large, wide hall adjacent to the main dining room. The designated accessible restroom features:
- Hospital-grade non-slip flooring
- Twin roll-under hand basins at the correct height for wheelchair users
- Soap dispenser and hand dryer at accessible heights
- A lower-set toilet suitable for transfer from a wheelchair
- Two grab rails, including a large L-shaped rail and a wall on the opposing side for counterbalance
- A baby change table
- A turn-knob door (staff are available to assist if needed)
Yes. The outdoor deck, which overlooks the pool and connects to the performance space, is accessed via a sliding door from the dining room — all on one level with a small threshold rail. The deck has ample circulation space between tables and is suitable for wheelchair users to dine outdoors.
Yes. The outdoor deck connects directly via continuous wooden decking to the ground-floor accommodation level, including the accessible accommodation suites. Guests can move from the restaurant to their suite entirely on level, hard-surface decking without needing to navigate gravel paths or grassed areas.
Yes. Accessible accommodation suites are located on the ground floor and connect directly to the restaurant deck via the wooden decking pathway described above. Please mention your accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure the right room is reserved for you.
Yes. Please advise us of any dietary requirements or food intolerances at the time of booking so our kitchen can prepare in advance. Vegan options are available on the menu, and our team reviews dietary offerings regularly in response to guest feedback.
